Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and stay physically active on job sites.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A “whatever it takes” mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.

Responsibilities

Be the on-site point of contact for crews, customers, and deliveries.
Ensure jobs run smoothly by confirming materials are on site, monitoring install quality, and maintaining site cleanliness.
Oversee subcontracted crews, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project scope.
Keep the Project Manager informed with real-time updates on progress, material needs, and change orders.
Assist with documentation—photos, videos, and notes that track project timelines.
Verify each site is weather-tight and secure at the end of the day and fully cleaned at project completion.
Support material logistics, waste disposal, and returns to keep projects efficient.
Represent James & Whitney Co. with professionalism on every job site.
