Requirements

  • High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting people with disabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager with daily operations
  • Supervise and coach staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
  • Oversee recreational activities, household management, and budgeting
  • Ensure services follow each individual’s care plan and DDS regulations
  • Maintain compliance through documentation, audits, and quality checks
  • Provide hands-on support as needed
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for program support
