The Assistant Program Coordinator supports the daily operations and clinical quality of the ChOICE Program, an integrated treatment and educational setting for children and youth with complex mental health needs. This role provides leadership, structure, and hands-on support to ensure a safe, consistent, and therapeutic environment. By mentoring staff and responding to day-to-day program needs, the Assistant Program Coordinator plays a key role in client stability and program success.
