The UofL Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology and the Brown Cancer Center are enjoying a period of rapid growth in anticipation of a submission for NCI Designation in the next 3-4 years. Our new Environmental Carcinogenesis and Cancer Control Program is seeking an NIH-funded junior faculty recruit whose research will focus on environmental carcinogens. The candidate selected will actively contribute towards mission critical research, teaching and service activities of the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology and the Brown Cancer Center, including student instruction in the classroom and laboratory. The candidate will be an active member of the Environmental Carcinogenesis and Cancer Control Program in the Brown Cancer Center and will contribute towards criteria necessary for NCI designation.
