About The Position
The School of Health & Movement Sciences at Marshall University invites applications for a nine-month tenure track Instructor or Assistant Professor in Biomechanics/Sports Science. We seek a dynamic educator and scholar with a strong background in biomechanics and sports science, expertise in instrumentation and data analysis, and a passion for applying principles of human performance. The Department seeks candidates who will contribute to the University’s general education curriculum and use high-impact teaching practices (e.g., community-based learning, critical thinking, first-year seminar, writing across the curriculum). Candidates who support and collaborate with interdisciplinary programs within the College are especially encouraged to apply.
