About The Position

Emory University’s Department of Otolaryngology seeks one (1) full-time Comprehensive/General Otolaryngologist at the rank of Assistant Professor to join a robust team. Each position will have primary duties at Emory Lagrange in Lagrange, GA. The employee will have an appointment at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor is anticipated, depending upon the candidate’s qualifications. The highly motivated team has long been actively involved in academic, research, and professional endeavors at the national and international levels. Opportunities to teach medical students, residents and fellows, and participate in scholarly activities. Duties will include patient care, resident and fellow teaching, and academic productivity. Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and will have a university appointment. The position comprises a clinical appointment in the Department of Otolaryngology at a level commensurate with credentials and experience, as well as an academic appointment in the Emory University School of Medicine. Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligibility for a valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
A controlled Substance Registration Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate
