Friends University invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track faculty position in the Division of Business. The appointment will begin in August 2026 at a rank that reflects the candidate’s experience and academic background. This new role is designed as a blended position. The majority the faculty member’s responsibilities will involve teaching in general business areas such as management, leadership, operations, marketing, or other fields that fit the candidate’s strengths. The remainder will involve serving as the primary academic advisor and community point person for the Construction Management program. This includes advising students in the Construction Management program, working with industry partners, reviewing curriculum, identifying program needs, and helping position the program for long-term growth. The university is beginning to build an applied and industry-connected Construction Management program, and this position provides the opportunity to help shape that development over time.
