The Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at North Carolina State University is seeking a tenure track Assistant Professor with a research and teaching focus in one or more of the following areas: agribusiness, production, marketing, commodity markets and/or agricultural policy. This position is a tenure track position with a 9-month academic appointment, with responsibilities divided between research (40%) and teaching (60%). As a new Assistant Professor, you will play a key role in building the newly established Master's in Agribusiness Management program and contributing to the rapidly growing undergraduate program in Agricultural Business Management. You will teach three courses annually at either the graduate or undergraduate level. NC State University is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their experience, research, teaching, and/or service, to the excellence of the entire academic community. This is critical to the success of the College and University as a whole. The department will begin reviewing applications immediately and continue until the position is filled.
