Student Employment: Assistant Producer, Quinnipiac Productions -AY 25-26
About The Position
Assist with day-to-day production responsibilities (Brainstorm & Produce social video content ~70%, On-Camera ~15%, Administrative ~10%, Write Scripts ~5%) Brainstorm, execute and help distribute social video content to be distributed via TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Act as a brand ambassador to the university Present and perform information in a light, fun, entertaining, and authentic manor on-camera or through audio recordings. Strong storytelling and editing skills. Ability to take feedback with a desire and passion to learn and improve. Self-motivated and eager to take an idea or task and run with it. Excellent communicator Strong time management skills Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds Write scripts, outlines, and co-produce show rundowns Host branded segments and events Memorize lines on short notice May have to wear mascot outfit for video content Data entry, transcription, and media production support Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements

- Stays up to date with the latest social media trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience or comfort with being on-camera
- Excellent communicator
- Strong time management skills
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs
