About The Position
Little Flower Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, collaborative, and mission-driven Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. Rooted in the spirituality of St. Thérèse of Lisieux and her "Little Way," this role calls for a leader who models humility, service, and love in action while advancing a strong Catholic school culture. This position plays a key role in driving academic growth through data-informed practices and strengthening instructional excellence across all grade levels. The Assistant Principal will partner with teachers to support high-quality learning, ensuring every student is challenged, supported, and able to grow. At the heart of our school is a vibrant House System that fosters belonging, leadership, and community. We are seeking an educator who is passionate about building relationships, inspiring both students and staff, and helping create a joyful, faith-filled environment where every child is known and loved.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the church
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic School
- Holds or is willing to pursue a Master's degree in Educational Leadership
- Demonstrates strength in mission-driven leadership, data-informed decision making, and a commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and servant leadership
