Why be an Assistant Planner at THG Beauty? The Assistant Planner will report directly into the Planner and assist with stock level management for the Professional Skincare category portfolio. The Assistant Planner will own and manage the ship log which includes but is not limited to the chasing and tracking of purchase orders.

Requirements

4-year degree, undergraduate degree
0-1 years relevant experienceExcellent computer skills – all Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail - thoroughness and accuracy
Clear communication
Self-starter – proactive with a positive attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

Update and manage purchase order shipping logs
Raise purchase orders and ensure delivery of orders on time.
Liaise with suppliers to correct POs for pricing, case packs, and delivery windows
Work with supply chain team to manage inbound priorities
Partner with buying counterparts to ensure SKUs are set up correctly for ordering purposes
Review and update SKU merchandising status; responsible for turning SKUs on and off replenishment
Maintain list of vendor out of stock SKUs and chase for back-in-stock dates
Run and send daily in stock reporting
