The Jimmy Fund Peer-to-Peer Fundraising team seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant. The Assistant plays a major role in supporting event logistics for the Jimmy Fund Walk, Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge, Falmouth Road Race and the Boston Half. The position also provides administrative support for day-to-day team operations, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, gift processing, vendor payments, budget reconciliation and website functionality. This position reports to the Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and collaborates with members of the team to ensure all goals and KPIs are achieved. Internal title: Assistant, Jimmy Fund This position is considered remote, 0-1 days onsite at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week.
