About The Position

Westmoor Country Club is currently seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef.
Duties mostly include assisting the Pasty Chef in scratch baking but will also include crossing training in other areas of the kitchen. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right individual. The shifts are mostly PM with some AM shifts and can include weekends and holidays.

This is a full-time (35-40 hours per week, on average), position with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Flexible work schedule; able to work varying days to include holidays and weekends
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Enthusiasm for producing high-quality products
• Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful culinary setting
