Responsibilities for this role will focus on supporting hotel operations: Outlets (3-meal restaurant, bar, and market), Banquets, Front Office, and Housekeeping. The Assistant Operations Manager - F&B/Rooms would be responsible for overall guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, and scheduling. Other responsibilities will include running the shift in the department head's absence, acting as the Manager on Duty as needed, and reporting to the F&B and Rooms Department Heads. Requirements

Minimum of 1 + years as F&B/ROOMS Management preferred, orpletion of Corporate Management Training Program equivalent
Experience with Hotel/Restaurant Operating Systems, such as Micros, HotSOS, Opera, Tock, Infrasys, Digital Dining, Etc.
Ideal applicant should have stronganizational andmunication skills
The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including opening, closing, nights, weekends, and holidays
The ability to stand for long periods and the ability to lift moderate weights.
