Use your dynamic leadership abilities to help build and lead our interdisciplinary teams across three Med/Surg units at Riddle Hospital: 2 East (14-bed unit), 3 East (15-bed unit), and 4 East (21-bed unit). You will work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. In this role, you will provide ongoing feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental initiatives, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules. You will also partner with the Nurse Manager and other leaders to interview and select top talent to join the team. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support teams caring for a diverse Med/Surg patient population.
