About The Position

BayCare is looking for its newest Outpatient Infusion, Assistant Nurse Manager in Riverview, FL. The Outpatient Infusion Assistant Nurse Manager is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • BLS is required from American Heart Association
  • RN license is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Leadership experience
