Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Outpatient Ambulatory Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our MSK Outpatient Infusion center. Role Overview: Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model Handle a select caseload of patients both Adults and Pediatrics receiving infusions on an outpatient basis. Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and other medications. Act as part of a multidisciplinary team provides continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up. Participate in the implementation of clinical support programs to ensure efficient care throughout the healthcare continuum. Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education, and symptom management. Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements

  • New York State License, BCLS required
  • 2 years of related chemotherapy experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Infusion experience and IV skills preferred
  • Chemotherapy certification and APHON strongly preferred and consistent with all regional sites
  • EPIC experience preferred
