As an Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM), you will start your mornings before the usual office staff on site at your neighborhood and serve as the second in command when it comes to quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations as well as keeping the site clean, safe and working efficiently. You will be the right hand of your Construction Manager and a big part of making sure our homes are built to our standards and delivered to our homebuyers on time. On a daily basis you will complete tasks like ordering building materials, reviewing, and confirming selections for each home built, while building relationships with the sales, purchasing and construction teams throughout the building process to deliver each home to the homeowner. Requirements

Excited to collaborate in a team environment

Proficient in various software systems; including MS Office

Responsibilities

Serve as the second in command when it comes to quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations
Keep the site clean, safe and working efficiently
Assist the Construction Manager in making sure homes are built to standards and delivered to homebuyers on time
Order building materials
Review and confirm selections for each home built
Build relationships with the sales, purchasing and construction teams throughout the building process to deliver each home to the homeowner
