The Assistant National Conference Coordinator (ANCC) will assist in planning and organizing Answers in Genesis (AiG) national conferences at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This position is responsible for facilitating and reporting details for each conference and is a comprehensive communication liaison between AiG leadership, speakers, staffing and event operations. The ANCC must be detail oriented and possess superior planning skills. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. They must possess the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining pleasant, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important, and they must work independently with little or no supervision.
