Requirements
- Must possess human relations skills and maturity of judgement.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
- Must possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of production scheduling.
- Knowledge of MRP and Operations/Inventory Management practices
- Must possess knowledge and proven skills in one of the following : Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; Project management and prioritizing.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of general office procedures including PC and LAN computer use.
- Must be proficient in relevant computer software and program use
