About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and live events that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role combines strategic marketing development with hands-on event coordination, delivering impactful brand experiences across both digital marketing channels and in-person activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, brand promotions, or related roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing tools, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events including product launches, trade shows, promotional campaigns, and corporate events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, public relations, and creative departments to ensure consistent campaign execution
  • Oversee event logistics, timelines, vendors, and budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral
  • Assist with social media marketing and offline promotional campaigns tied to events and brand initiatives
