About The Position

The company seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of Oaks at New Hope, a 140-unit apartment community located in Lawrenceville, GA. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven company and develop professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience
• Yardi software experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
