About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Seven Oaks, you will be an integral part of EMBREY's dynamic Property Management team. Your primary focus will be to assist in resident retention and enhance the overall resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies. EMBREY is a San Antonio-based, vertically integrated real estate investment company with over 50 years in business. The company develops, builds, acquires, owns, and manages multifamily communities and commercial assets across select markets in the United States. Currently, EMBREY has over 6,000 units under construction and nearly 14,400 units under management. Requirements

  • One year of sales/service industry experience
  • Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leasing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Audit lease and resident files.
  • Process pre-close and month-end reports.
  • Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
  • Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
  • Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
