The company is seeking a Community Manager for Oaks at New Hope, a 140-unit apartment community in Lawrenceville, GA. This role involves managing the property to maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance, resident retention, and compliance. The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, establishing and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents, and maintaining visibility, professionalism, and rapport.
