The Assistant Manager, Operations Services, is responsible for supervising the Team Lead, Sr. Operations Specialist and Operations Specialists, ensuring that their workload is well balanced and completed accurately and timely. This position is responsible for providing exceptional member service and operational leadership within the department, and provides critical support for branch team members, the VP of Retail, and regional managers by providing guidance and expertise on complex account updates that fall outside their usual areas of expertise. This support will be grounded in a thorough knowledge of current laws, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring that compliance is maintained while addressing complex member account situations.
