We are looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, detail-oriented, and guest focused Retail Parts and Accessories Assistant Manager. Our goal is to make it easy for customers to purchase by having fun while selling the industry's best products. This role drives the company's key performance metrics by delivering a remarkable experience to each and every customer through the associates they manage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a parts department or automotive service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the parts department operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Process orders, receive shipments, and manage returns.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries.
• Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly..
• Help train and mentor parts staff on best practices.
