About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure a smooth operation, deliver five-star guest experiences, and support the GM in overseeing day-to-day activities. You’ll coach staff, solve problems quickly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized arena for our players.

Requirements

  • Experience as an assistant manager, shift lead, or supervisor
  • Strong hospitality/customer service background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening/weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

  • Entertainment or recreation experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and supervise staff across front desk + arena
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
  • Oversee check-in, reservations, and group events
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
  • Manage opening/closing routines and cash handling
  • Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
  • Support large groups, parties, and corporate events
