Support the Senior Manager to ideate, content curate, plan and manage high-quality and influential B2B & B2C events to achieve the corporate objectives Curate event content in the entire project cycle, from research, theming, messaging, to detailed planning and execution to drive remarkable outcomes and create meaningful impact Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations Work closely with cross teams to plan and execute comprehensive online and offline promotion strategies that maximise event impact and achieve specific project goals Work with procurement team to go through all tender procedures and work with contractors timely and seamlessly to deliver design and build elements for each assigned event Showcase the technologies of partner companies through effective brand positioning, programme planning, idea co-creation, and content development. Oversee budgeting, publicity, event/exhibition space design, survey creation, data analysis, and post-event reporting to ensure continuous improvement for future projects Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
