About The Position

We are seeking an experienced creative & analytical Assistant Manager, Email to join our marketing team. As an Assistant Manager, Email, you will support campaign creative planning, execution of emails & analytical reporting, management of a/b testing calendar. Work closely with site leads, retail, creative & marketing teams to effectively develop and implement integrated campaigns. The individual will have strong attention to detail and have expertise in and a passion for activating impactful email.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ minimum experience of managing, execution of email campaigns in platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in working with Email Service Providers (such as Bluecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Affinity for design, copywriting, proofreading, and data
  • A proactive team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, actively collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with site leads, retail, creative & marketing team to support email & create a/b testing
  • Build monthly A/B testing concepts into existing, new lifecycle programming
  • Build wireframes for email working with senior email manager
  • Submit creative briefs on Monday.com
  • Submit technical briefs to internal IT teams
  • Management of ESP platform
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including planning, building, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
  • QA email campaigns through proofing and testing to ensure accurate execution of links, content and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms, email clients and dark mode.
  • Gather performance/testing results, maintains weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting monitoring campaign performance & develop optimizations based on results
  • Oversee coordination between cross-functional marketing channel leads to share insights and successful content for broader platform utilization
  • Closely monitor and share competitive trends, sharing new ideas/designs and testing opportunities
  • Foster collaboration with the Data & CRM teams to identify key audiences and enhance engagement strategies
