About The Position

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Supervisor to join our team and drive our production to new heights! Primary Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Production Reporting: Collect packaging information and complete daily production reports to ensure accurate tracking and accountability. Line Optimization: Analyze line operations and guide line operators on effective positioning and techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency. Employee Development: Training: Train both new and experienced employees, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team. Support: Listen to and address employee concerns or problems, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Evaluations: Help conduct periodic evaluations for employees on your line, providing feedback and opportunities for growth. Maintenance and Compliance: Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance and upkeep on line equipment to ensure smooth operation. Policy Enforcement: Strictly adhere to and enforce the company's GMP policy, food safety and quality policies, and sanitation procedures. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer experience is preferred.
Job-specific training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
