The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support quality control and food presentation, communicate with the Hospitality Team for customer service, maintain a safe work environment, assist in staff onboarding, training, and development, manage inventory and budget, help meet financial and operational targets, ensure compliance with recipes and portion sizes, resolve customer service issues, assist with scheduling and payroll, support inventory counts and labor management, address equipment issues, and execute catering orders while maintaining kitchen service.
