The main purpose of this position is to provide a wide variety of experienced level personnel services to the employees, supervisors and department heads of Springfield Hospital Center. This position will function as a personnel generalist in multiple functional HR management areas in direct support of the Human Resources Manager in the capacity of Assistant HR manager. This position supervises, trains and evaluates professional HR staff as well as HR support staff. In addition, this position serves as an advisor to management and employees on a variety of employment issues, applications of policies and procedures, grievances, disciplinary actions, recruitment, employee performance and employee services.
