Assistant HR Director functions as part of the HR team and is responsible for maintaining compliance in employment law and company policies, assisting managers and supervisors, and providing support in employee engagement. In this role you will: Assist in Maintaining Compliance in Employment Law/Governance and Company Policies through thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, and by monitoring employment regulations to ensure compliance. Assist Managers and Supervisors by consulting on employment practice matters and policy interpretations to maintain consistency. Provide Employee Engagement Support through preparing and distributing communications and organizing employee events.
