Job Summary: The Assistant Housekeeping Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and attractive facility, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the housekeeping staff's performance. This position involves supervising and training various housekeeping roles, managing shift schedules, and assisting the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and staff evaluations.
