Requirements

Minimum two seasons of coaching experience
Strong knowledge of swim techniques and competitive strategy
CPR/AED & First Aid certified
Safety Training for Coaches certified (or equivalent)
Positive, organized, and relationship-driven leader

Nice To Haves

Lifeguard certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Assistant Swim Coaches and serve as second in command to the Head Swim Coach
Primarily focused on direct swimmer instruction and lane-level coaching during practices and meets
Run organized, high-energy swim meets from start to finish (lineups, timing systems, results, volunteers)
Build strong relationships with swimmers, families, and the team
Partner with the Head Swim Coach Aquatics Director on program planning, events, and communications
Ensure swimmer safety and positive team culture
