Job Summary With a focus on hospitality experience, the Assistant General Manager is a strategic leader responsible for delivering a best-in-class member experience while driving revenue performance across key departments. This role is accountable for elevating hospitality standards, executing high-impact programming that drives engagement, retention, and profitability, and leading a cohesive, multi-channel communication strategy. The AGM collaborates cross-functionally with the Club Manager (who focuses on day-to-day operations and oversees food & beverage, golf, racquet, and fitness teams) to ensure aligned execution, unlock growth opportunities, and foster a vibrant, member-centric club culture.
