As Assistant Manager you will assist and work with the General Manager with overall operations of the FOH. Assist with the HOH of the restaurant as needed, which may include overseeing the staff, monitoring inventory, purchasing equipment and supplies, maintaining the dining room’s appearance, and ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Assist with training, hires, and schedules other employees. Responsible for maintaining the FOH operation compliant to ALL health code Inspections and company standards. Reports to General Manager.
