This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll grow your management skills while making a real difference in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A coachable, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfort with sales goals and team performance
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid and Aqua-Tots certifications are required (or must be obtained).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk and aquatic staff
- Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support scheduling, staffing, and daily school operations
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Help build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility
