About The Position
Our brand-new dental office in Maple Grove has opened its doors, and now we’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to focus on pediatric prophies. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the patient experience in a brand-new space while providing compassionate care for our community.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License and CPR certification required
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a brand-new office and helping us grow
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operatories specifically for hygiene appointments
- Take radiographs and assist with preventive treatments such as sealants and fluoride
- Support efficient patient flow to ensure patients receive timely, comfortable care
- Provide patient education to promote oral health and wellness
- Maintain infection control standards and a clean, welcoming environment
- Help children feel confident and comfortable during their dental visits
- Perform pediatric prophylaxis (Pedo Prophies)
