We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our guest services department and ensure the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain high standards of quality guest service across all hotel departments - Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses, maximizing profitability related to guest services - Develop and implement short- and long-term financial and operational plans aligned with the hotel’s overall objectives - Facilitate regular department meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among all hotel departments - Participate in the preparation and management of the annual hotel budget - Enhance guest satisfaction levels to surpass brand standards and company averages through employee development and service excellence - Oversee all hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, breakfast service, front desk, and other guest-facing areas - Monitor and improve operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality - Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold hotel standards - Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry - Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally - Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office Suite - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Join our team and be part of a vibrant, guest-focused environment committed to excellence and continuous growth.
