Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining facilities and equipment, managing cleaning tasks, and handling financial controls. The role also involves training employees, offering feedback, and conducting health and safety audits. Note: Assistant Managers are expected to work 40-50 hours per week, including peak periods.
