We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and customer-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our car wash facility. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality service, and driving customer satisfaction. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members on safety, equipment use, and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by fostering strong relationships and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain car wash equipment, coordinate repairs and upkeep.
• Oversee staff time tracking, breaks, and performance evaluations, including hiring and onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform operational tasks as needed (e.g., prepping vehicles, cashier duties).
• Promote and sell membership plans to customers.
