Responsibilities

Learn from the best—train hands-on with our experienced managers to prepare for your leadership role
Be the face of Waves—greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure every visit leaves them smiling
Keep us running smoothly—oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs
Drive growth—help us expand and build strong customer loyalty
Take charge—open and close the wash, operate equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations
Keep it clean & safe—maintain our tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment (we’ll train you!)
Work with tech—use our Point of Sale system to process transactions quickly and accurately
Pitch in as a team player—help wherever needed to keep our customers happy
