About This Location This role is based at our Grand Central Station counter-service restaurant + bar, located inside one of NYC’s busiest commuter hubs. Our GCT shack is a large, high-volume kiosk operation in a fast-paced dining hall environment, serving a constant flow of guests throughout the day — from morning commuters to lunchtime rushes to evening crowds.
