As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the General Manager, helping lead the restaurant to success.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual, QSR, or full-service restaurant.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • A desire to grow into a General Manager role.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example – Support daily operations in both the front and back of house.
  • Inspire the Team – Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive Results – Help manage labor, food cost, and quality standards to meet performance goals.
  • Support Training & Development – Help onboard and grow team members.
  • Be a Culture Champion – Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
