As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the General Manager, helping lead the restaurant to success.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual, QSR, or full-service restaurant.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant.
- A passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- A desire to grow into a General Manager role.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example – Support daily operations in both the front and back of house.
- Inspire the Team – Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive Results – Help manage labor, food cost, and quality standards to meet performance goals.
- Support Training & Development – Help onboard and grow team members.
