Chin, you'll be at the heart of our operations, preparing our signature Asian
dishes with skill and precision. You'll contribute to an environment that values

for.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude are essential for working effectively with our team.
• Ability to stand and walk continually throughout your shift, perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching, and handle changes in temperature.
• Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables, and maintaining cold table supplies.
• Ability to perform all cleaning functions, including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts are crucial.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Master of the Wok: Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items, including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers, all in accordance with Leeann Chin's established recipes and quality standards.
• Prep & Portion: Efficiently prep and portion ingredients and ensure your station is consistently stocked.
• Quality Assurance: Take pride in the quality of all products served, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Kitchen Procedures: Become proficient in our standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and adhere to all kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including food preparation and storage spaces, as well as equipment and utensils. This includes proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
