As Our Assistant General Manager, You’ll: Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager to elevate the rooftop operation to new heights! Lead by example, showing your team what true integrity and performance look like. Collaborate with a team of top-notch professionals to deliver an elevated guest experience that stands out. Own shifts at our chic bar and expansive rooftop, creating the perfect environment for both guests and teammates. Take charge of all Front of House operations, including human resources, operations, and marketing, ensuring flawless execution. Partner closely with the Hotel Management Team to guarantee a seamless, unified guest experience every time. Optimize staffing, keeping the team at the perfect levels while minimizing overtime. Drive the creation and execution of promotional events, collaborating with our Marketing, PR, and hotel teams to generate buzz. Establish and nurture local business partnerships, working with the Hotel Director of Sales to enhance our brand presence in the community. Step up for any additional responsibilities that come your way, all while keeping the energy high and the service top-tier.
