About The Position

As an Assistant General Manager Food & Beverage, you’ll support multiple outlets across the property, working side by side with the General Managers of each outlets to drive operations, inspire teams, and deliver unforgettable WOW guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily restaurant performance — from staffing, scheduling, and training to financial results, guest satisfaction, and seamless service execution—while ensuring every venue runs at its peak.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Food & Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Prior experience overseeing multi venues/restaurants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards across multiple outlets.
• Partner with the General Managers of each outlet to execute business plans, financial goals, and F&B initiatives.
• Support HR responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, and team recognition.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate experiences.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to maintain seamless service, menu execution, and operational excellence.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company policies while driving best-in-class service culture.
