Your Role As the Assistant General Manager - Food & Beverage focus, you will serve as a key operational leader with primary ownership of the property's food and beverage department, while supporting overall hotel performance. You'll partner closely with the General Manager to drive results across all departments, with a strong emphasis on elevating the guest dining experience, maximizing F&B profitability, and developing high-performing teams. Requirements

  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
  • Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with brand systems preferred
  • Previous hotel brand experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Direct all food & beverage operations (quality, service, compliance, profitability)
  • Manage inventory, cost controls, and labor specific to F&B
  • Oversee events, outlets, and guest dining experience
  • Ensure health code, safety, and brand compliance
  • Support oversight of all hotel departments
  • Partner with GM on financial performance and labor strategy
  • Lead MOD shifts and guest recovery
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture
  • Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
  • Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations
  • Lead by example to create a workplace where team members feel appreciated and inspired
  • Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls
  • Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Recruit, hire, and train top talent with a focus on culture fit and growth potential
  • Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes
  • Motivate and retain team members through recognition and development
  • Manage employee relations with fairness and a solution-focused mindset
  • Respond to guest and employee feedback with professionalism and care
  • Be visible and engaged with guests to build relationships and ensure memorable experiences
