About The Position

SAGE Dining Services is searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Food Service Director to help lead our dining operations at a distinguished private boarding school in Hagerstown, MD. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine leadership and culinary expertise in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You'll collaborate closely with the Food Service Director to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to food production as an active member of the team. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative setting- someone who can inspire and support the team, manage day-to-day functions efficiently, and bring strong organizational skills to tasks like inventory control and ordering.
